At Toyversegames, we want you to get your toys as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We work with international suppliers to bring you a wide variety of toys at great prices. Because of this, please allow the following delivery windows after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Estimated Total Time (processing + shipping): 10–23 business days
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier availability. Most orders arrive within this window, but occasional delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, customs) may extend delivery slightly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with movement.
Customs & Import Fees
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes assessed by your country. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date at support@toyversegames.store. We'll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Why does shipping take so long?
We source toys from global suppliers to keep prices low and selection wide. International shipping naturally takes longer than domestic, but we always aim to ship as fast as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us immediately at support@toyversegames.store. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Yes! International shipments sometimes go through long stretches without a tracking scan, especially while in transit between countries. If your tracking hasn't moved in 15+ business days, please reach out and we'll investigate.
